Google.

Google Chromecast launch.

For mobile natives, we're used to huddling around someone's phone. Big movies, big laughs, big stunts, and big what-the-heck-was-that moments shouldn't be confined to your phone's screen. Make them big. Make them bigger. With Chromecast, now you can.

Campaign direction.

Our challenge was not only to bring awareness to a new product, but a new technology as well. We had to create a campaign that educated as well as entertained. With TV as our medium, we created a series of films that visually explained how easy it was to use Chromecast: plug it in, how to cast your content from your phone to your big screen TV, and how much better it was (and fun!). Each film presented a different piece of content with a different partner (HBO, YouTube, Google Music, etc.) to highlight the possibilities.

Packaging a hit.

Not only did we need to get people to want to buy the product, but recognize it on the shelf and keep the same, simple story to the packaging. We helped create a premium pack that reinforced the Google brand with clean, simple graphics, minimalist icons and language, and a low-impact form factor.
