Like so many brands with distant origins and rapid growth, Providence Health Plan had become tired, stale and far too fractured to focus itself in a meaningful way to attract new members and engage current ones. So how do you come in and break down old ways of thinking to offer a path forward? Sadly, I can't present the extensive work that was created over the span of two years while I was the Executive Creative Director of Fort West here in my portfolio.
