We simply couldn't do it. When asked to make a downloadable PDF into a digital, editable form, we said "no". Why? Because we believed the brand could do better. And by pushing back, we created a fully-functioning health insurance shopping and enrollment experience that laid the groundwork for many more projects to come.

After an extensive series of client Q&A sessions, we were able to map out the full experience, ensuring all the complex series of regulations were accounted for. By creating an engaging and entertaining pre-shopping experience, we were able to gather prospect data, align them with appropriate insurance products, or weed out those who did not qualify and point them to where they might be better served.

Maintaining the flow in a stepped enrollment process is a challenge, especially when nearly everything has a disclaimer or requires a measure of explanation. By minimizing interruptions, personalizing messaging and candidly, yet playfully, providing information and education along the journey, users felt more confident in their decisions and less likely to abandon the process in favor of a phone call.
